What to Expect During Your Time at Little Peach

We work with unwavering dedication to meet our patients and their families where they are. Our hearts beat for the betterment of our community and the families we serve, and that starts with ensuring you feel supported every step of the way.

What to Expect During Your Initial Evaluation

Before your child's first appointment, our team will reach out with everything you need to complete your paperwork in advance. If you can't locate that email, you can access it anytime through the parent portal:

Please ensure this is complete before your child's evaluation. If you're having trouble submitting paperwork online, simply arrive 15 minutes early, and we'll have everything ready for you to complete in person.

Your child's evaluation requires at least one parent or guardian and will

consist of a series of questions and activities designed to understand your

child's needs. We ask that your child answer to the best of their ability —

there are no right or wrong responses.

Following the evaluation, our therapist will recommend a care frequency

tailored to your child. Please note that therapy typically begins one week

after the evaluation. This gives our team the time needed to thoughtfully

develop a plan of care specific to your child before sessions begin. From

there, our administrative team will work with you to find appointment times

that fit your schedule.

What to Expect During Your Child's Routine Appointments

When you come for an appointment, please bring your child in and sign in at the front desk kiosk. There will be an iPad set up for your convenience, but our administrative staff is always

present and happy to help.

During therapy appointments, your child will work with a therapist

towards their individualized goals. You are welcome to join your child

in the appointment or wait in the lobby. Whichever you choose, please

ensure you remain on-site for the duration of the appointment.

Sessions can vary in length based on therapy type, but all fall within

a 30 to 45-minute range. The last few minutes of a child's session will

be used to review the session and progress with the parent or guardian,

and our therapists will provide parental education for activities to do

at home to continue growth and success.
